Faucona & Co was founded in 2013 in Charleston, South Carolina. The firm was established on the conviction that operating outcomes are best produced by operators. The name takes its root from the French faucon, the falcon, valued historically for precision, patience, and a clear line to the target.

Our principals bring direct experience in business leadership, post-merger integration, and enterprise transformation. We have run businesses, integrated companies, and reported into boards and sponsors. We bring that experience to client engagements, and we execute the difficult portions of the work directly.

Our practice spans private equity sponsors and corporate clients across the United States.
